Like many women, menopause took me completely by surprise. Hot flashes, exhaustion and low moods made me feel disconnected from myself. The truth is, menopause is anything but a pause! The hormonal changes affect the brain, muscles, bones, energy, heart, and immune system.

The good news is that research shows lifestyle can make a real difference to how intense these changes feel. As a menopause coach, I work with proven, simple changes in food, movement, stress, sleep and joy that fit your actual life - not a perfect one!

The name AEGLE, inspired by the Greek goddess of radiant health, reflects my mission to help women reclaim vitality and balance through practical lifestyle changes.

Many women already know what they “should” be doing, but real change is hard. With a Master’s in Psychology and training in menopause and nutrition, I help you bridge the gap between knowing and actually doing, using behaviour‑change tools tailored to midlife.

    Your score can be used to track effectiveness of treatments, so we will start and end our coaching journey with it. It is also a good starting point to talk to your doctor

  • We will look in detail at how you currently eat, move, deal with stress and rest. This indicates where your biggest wins are and ensure your weekly plan is realistic.

  • Menopause is a period where a lot of women feel like a lot happens outside of their control. There are hormone receptors all over our bodies, so these changes can lead to a wide variety of seemingly unrelated symptoms from hot flashes and fatigue to difficulty sleeping, anxiety, muscle pain and weight gain.
    As a menopause consultant, my mission is to support and educate women so you understand what is happening in your body. This handy guide contains the basics and is yours to keep to refer to whenever you need it.

  • Studies show again and again that lasting change happens when we set realistic expectations that feel simple and doable right now. Based on the results of your Lifestyle Diary Analysis, we look at where you have time in your day. Can you take a walk over lunch to up your steps? Or do 3 minutes of breathwork during the day so your stress doesnt add up.

  • Life happens and sometimes what seemed simple isn’t. Contact me in between sessions for support to keep you on track!

  • If you so wish we can integrate data from trackers (fitbit, Apple Health etc).
